Question for those who do group orders?

When it comes to Frimps, how do you divide them up?  Proportionately according to spend, or equally, so that everyone gets the same number?

What about other goodies, pens, cards etc?

I'm packing up Mission Doh, (my first ever group order) and not sure which way is fairest.

More seriously, I know la_colere gives "big" goodies such as pens to the biggest spender.

As for frimps, I'm not sure but I think she divides them equally.

On a more serious note, I only did one group order but I tried to divide frimps equally, it was a small order so everyone got 3 or 4.

WHOOPS, THIS GOT MISSED DURING MY CHAOTIC CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY! (Sorry about that!)

I know this is LONG OVER WITH and my comment won't help, but, what Emma said above! I now reserve the postcard/sticker and pen for the biggest spender in the order, and then divide the frimps equally. If there's anything left over they get tossed into a special bag/jar so I can dip into it for other BPAL group orders if I'm ever just a few short to go around.

Sometimes, when I have too many, at the end of the year or the beginning of the year, I raffle off sets - but only to people who actually participated in the group orders the extra frimps came from. (If, uh, that makes sense. I'M SICK AND TRYING TO ANSWER A BACKLOG OF COMMENTS AND STUFF, SO PLEASE EXCUSE ANY EXTRA COLERE CRAZINESS ON MY HEAD COLD.)

Cool. I did something slightly different (dealt the frimps around starting with the biggest spender until I ran out, gave the pen to the biggest spender and the card to the person who I thought needed a bit extra to make it fair). Not knowing when I'm next going to be doing a group order (after MotT that is) that seemed to work.
