We did get some freebies - I tried to divide these up between all the participants, so spent Friday night using my super kitchen scales and an ornate spoon to weigh 10 gram portions of dried green leaves into homemade brown paper packages on a coffee table which had a friend's rent money on it - couldn't have looked dodgier if I tried!

Everyone got two of the samples, I tried to guess what you might like, so didn't give anyone who ordered non-black tea the black one.

Having made a spreadsheet, quadruple checked it, fallen over & checked again, I placed the YumChaa order at lunchtime. We have ordered a whopping 4 & a half kilos of tea.

They reckon it'll be here by the end of the week.

Does anyone want to purchase muslin reuseable teabags? I'm making some this week, natural muslin with a drawstring top. £1 each to cover the cost of the materials & making? If you do then I need to know by Wednesday, when I'll probably get to do the sewing. I can include the charge for them in with your P&P paypal.

I'm placing an order with YumChaa this coming Monday, the 28th of January. They do some amazing fruit/herbal infusions, and their black/green/white teas look wonderful.

The nitty gritty: The order will close at 9pm on Sunday, the 27th of January. Payment is by PayPal, which must be received by order close. If you absolutely can't do PayPal, leave me a comment and we'll work something out. I'll invoice for P&P from me to you separately once I've posted packages.

Please note that these are leaf teas & loose infusions, therefore you need some kind of tea filter/strainer/a cafetiere etc to use them. I am considering making some reuseable teabags for a small cost - let me know if you are interested.
