Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone else has got their stuff yet? I know Miggins posted them (well, mine anyway) around the 17th, a fact I didn't learn till yesterday because LJ decided I didn't need that comment apparently. So am I just being impatient or do I have to smack a Royal Mail bitch?

Listen, by some fluke, I've just checked my purse and I've found the proof of posting slip. Contact your sorting office and see if they've got anything waiting for you. If not, come back to me and I'll set a claim in process. According to Royal Mail, you get the cost of the item plus compensation and 12 first class stamps. It's not much consolation for not having your Arcana stuff, but there is a hope we'll get your money back.

Me again. Apparently, we have to give it 15 days from the date of posting, which is Friday. If you haven't had anything by Saturday, let me know and I'll start the claim on Monday.

I'm so relieved it's turned up. We wouldn't have had any problems getting your money back, but it's no compensation for smellies. I would have hated for you to miss out on such loveliness - and the freebies were rather fab, weren't they? =)
