Right, first thing first, if this proposal morphs into a Decant Circle, then we/I will shift this over the relevant community!!

Disclaimer over, I would like some TALs.  Now, I wouldn't mind getting a few full bottles, but I would probably like to compromise and get some decants too.

Is there any interest in this kind of thing?  Anyone fancy doing it?  I don't mind co-ordinating a basic group order, but I'm not sure I can manage a decant-fest!

...I AIN'T! (I was, around Fall of last year, but axed the idea when things began getting really busy over here in fear that I just wouldn't do the circle justice with the quickly approaching winter holidays. I never got around to re-opening it since I figured most people who were interested probably scored the decants they wanted/needed through other means.)

I'd decant more but...I dunno...decanting makes me feel like a retarded loser. (AND THAT'S NOT TO SAY THAT I'M SAYING THAT PEOPLE WHO RUN DECANTS ARE RETARDED LOSERS, BUT HAVING TAKEN PART IN MANY A DECANT CIRCLE WITH DECANTERS WHO PRODUCE THE MOST GORGEOUS LABELS IN THE WORLD I CAN DEFINITELY ADMIT TO FEELING LIKE A RETARDED LOSER FOR HAVING TO RELY ON MY HIDEOUS, SERIAL KILLER HANDWRITING, SOME UNEVENLY CUT STRIPS OF COMPUTER PAPER, AND BARELY STICKY CLEAR TAPE AS MY SWANKY LABELS (OKAY, I KNOW THAT EXCUSE DOESN'T FLY AS WELL AS IT DID BEFORE BECAUSE WE ACTUALLY HAVE -A PRINTER- NOW AND, UP UNTIL ABOUT A MONTH AGO, I'VE BEEN RUNNING AND ORGANIZING ALL OF THESE DIFFERENT CIRCLES WITHOUT THE ABILITY TO PRINT -ANYTHING- SO CLEARLY I HAVE BEEN DOING A-OKAY, BUT MY HERCULEAN CONFIDENCE FALTERS WHEN I GET DECANTS WITH PERFECT, MINIATURE ILLUSTRATIONS AND TINY TEXT INFORMATION IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT FONTS).)

Having said that, I feel your pain. I do feel shame when I get a pretty swanky label, but I don't have the time (or even the tiniest shred of creativity) to design such works of art, and I personally prefer non-flappy labels, so, er, that's my excuse anyway.

Oh, gah, I can't remember if I have seen your labels! (Or not!) I'M SURE THEY WERE A+ BETTER THAN MINE, THOUGH. (Seriously, my handwriting gives away that I was a pre-med student once. Although my husband insists that it isn't as bad as I make out BUT CLEARLY YOU CAN TELL THAT I WAS VEERING INTO A CAREER WHICH INVOLVED WORKING HANDS ON WITH DEAD BODIES.)
