Woo-hoo! For those of you interested, the November Arcana Soaps order is winging its merry way to us as I type.
Woo-hoo 2! The Arcana Soaps Christmas limited editions are released! I've listed the perfume and soaps at arcanasoapsuk. Just as a heads up, there are scrubs available, but these come up awfully heavy so I'd prefer not to include them this time around. Anything else is fair game though - regular soaps and perfumes and the limited editions soaps and perfumes.
The Arcana Christmas Order is now open and I'm aiming to leave this order open until 31 December. I've come to the conclusion this is the easiest way. Even if I made this a short order closing next week, it's unlikely I'd get the order in time to send it out before Christmas so I might as well leave the order open all month. If anyone has any other solutions, please do shout!
The small print: prices are the same as usual (5ml - $10, 10ml - $14, soap - $6 with no changes for limited editions). No PayPal fees, no postage from the US to the UK and possibly a small charge for onwards UK postage (if I get round to it).

Date: 2006-12-10 01:57 pm (UTC)On my current order can you bump me up from a 5ml to a 10ml Sugar Solstice, which I think should make my total $60. Cheers m'dear.

Date: 2006-12-11 08:24 am (UTC)You're bumped. I take it you liked that one a lot? I was so disappointed that it didn't work on me, but I seriously want to bath in La Befana.

Date: 2006-12-11 07:11 pm (UTC)When I first tried Sugar Solstice I thought I was going to be asking you to take it off my order as I didn't think it was for me at all but I thought I'll see how it develops cos sometimes there can be a big change after being worn for a while and reacting with your skin - and wow! It suddenly became a lovely rich damsony/apricoty spciy smell which transported me back over 30 years to my parents' kitchen on jam making day and I was smitten!

Date: 2006-12-31 09:00 am (UTC)PS I'm going to sound stalkerish (eep!), but I got all excited because I know the area where you live! I used to work in the city centre and live about 30 minutes away (now I live about 90 minutes away in the opposite direction).

Date: 2006-12-29 02:37 pm (UTC)I am new to Arcana, do layering notes count as regular perfume or they are something else?
no subject
Date: 2006-12-31 08:47 am (UTC)Layering notes are absolutely regular perfume. You can't get layering note soap (just to clarify), but you can buy 5mls or 10mls, same as the catalogue perfumes and they're the same price, ie, 5ml at $10, 10ml at $14. When you've decided what you want, paypal the total straight over (I don't charge for fees). If you pay fees (ie, credit or debit card funded), could you send it to hangoverqueen@btinternet.com. If you don't pay fees, could you send it to hangoverqueen@hotmail.com.
I'll keep the order open for a few days longer for you, but if you've changed your mind about ordering, let me know.
Happy New Year!
