Sooo, if you designate a transfer as a Personal payment, then if it's from a bank account/funds they won't charge you at all (whatever status the account you're sending to is) - and if you're paying via card, it'll give you the option of covering the fees to start with.

That's going to be really handy for this community - no more trying to fudge numbers to make sure an extra bit is included to cover fees, because you'll be able to either avoid them being charged at all, or get paypal to do the calculation from your end to start with!
