Hey Collected Wisdom on International Orders! ;o)

I'm contemplating a little package from these lovely people, http://thesoapboxco.com/ and I was wondering if anyone has experience of ordering from them?  I'm not planning a group order (well, we'll see...) but I'd like to exploit your collective wisdom and ask about shipping rates, how much they can send in a single package, possible customs etc.
